Amanda Santana (She/Her)
Vinyasa Flow
Originally from Halifax Nova Scotia, Canada, Amanda's journey of self-discovery began with yoga in Toronto. As an actress, she found breathwork (pranayama) to be a powerful tool for grounding and voiceover work, transforming it into a way to reset and reconnect no matter where she was.
Her path of healing and self-exploration deepened over time, leading her to connect with her higher self and guides, which continues to shape her teaching and service. Living in Los Angeles, yoga remained her anchor, Amanda completed her teacher training and has been teaching Hot Yoga and Vinyasa Flow for 11 years. Her classes are celebrated for their amazing flow, incredible energy, and meaningful intentions, always beginning with breathwork to activate inner coherence. She believes yoga meets you exactly where you are, offering both grounding and a mirror for self-discovery.
In 2019, Amanda became a Reiki Master and Energy Practitioner, now offering sessions that work with chakras, color therapy, and frequency healing to balance and raise vibration. Five years ago, she and her family moved to Colorado Springs, where she also teaches at Praxis Yoga and Northgate YogaWell and offers healing sessions from her beloved "soul shed" backyard studio.
Amanda's goal is always to help you reconnect, release, and return home to yourself, whether on the mat or in a healing session.
