Bree (She/Her)

Kundalini

Bree is a Kundalini yoga teacher trained through Full Circle Yoga School. Her approach focuses on slowing things down and encouraging students to find their own rhythm, one they can carry beyond class. Her classes bring together breath, movement, mantra, and awareness, building gradually so students can connect breath with movement. Rhythm shapes her teaching, creating a flow students can move within.

Her sessions blend rhythmic breathing, music, and intentional guidance to create an experience that is both grounding and expansive. As an esthetician, yoga teacher, and mother of three, Mimi understands the need for practices that are simple, effective, and deeply supportive.

Michael Perry

The Practice of Becoming

Michael Perry is a Relationship & Self-Mastery Coach, podcast host, and writer focused on helping people understand themselves, their patterns, and the way past pain can shape how they love, communicate, and react. His work lives in the space between awareness and real life: the moment after the journal entry, after the realization, and right in the middle of the trigger. Michael teaches from lived experience, honest reflection, and the belief that healing is not about becoming perfect. It is about becoming more conscious, more intentional, and more connected to who you actually want to be.
