About Tidal Healing and Wellness
Tidal Healing and Wellness was born from a lifelong devotion to both art and healing. Founder Jett Pennington began her career in 2016 as a theatrical makeup artist, where creativity, transformation, and storytelling were at the heart of her work. Through years of working closely with clients, she developed a deep appreciation for how confidence and self-expression are profoundly connected to overall well-being.
Seeking a more holistic and nurturing path, Jett attended Paul Mitchell School for her 600 hours and then attended further advanced trainings at Elite Aesthetic Academy. She also completed two yoga teacher trainings, allowing her love for artistry and wellness to organically intertwine. What emerged was a practice rooted in intention, creativity, and compassionate care. Now known as Tidal Healing and Wellness.
Tidal Healing and Wellness offers a holistic and creative approach to health, beauty, and self-care, blending skincare, bodywork, yoga, energy work, and mindfulness practices. Every service is designed to support not just the physical body, but the heart, mind, and spirit as well.
The core mission is simple yet profound: to offer deeply nurturing experiences that support true self-care and restoration. Each session is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and be held in a space of presence and intention. Through thoughtful, intentional practices, clients are supported in feeling grounded, cared for, and renewed. Physically, emotionally, and energetically.
